Dr. Hanane Benkhallouk is a multi- award-winning senior consultant with over 20 years of experience, specializing in sustainability and social impact. As the Executive Director of Sustain Leadership Consultancies, along with her team, she supports corporates, government institutions, NGOs, and SMEs in building human-centric business models and fostering cultures of innovation.
Dr. Benkhallouk has pioneered numerous initiatives aimed at advancing sustainability, diversity, and inclusion, particularly within the MEA region. She founded Tawazoun at expo 2020 Dubai, an ecosystem of balance dedicated to promoting a holistic approach to balance that includes people, workplaces, societies and planet.
Her expertise in sustainability has been recognized through multiple awards, including the Visionary Award at the Mastercard Women SME Leaders Awards 2024. As a judge in various international competitions, including sustainability awards, Dr. Benkhallouk brings invaluable insight into leadership, culture change, and sustainable business practices.
